Coaching
Services Available
There
are several options available to you, all targetted to help
you close the gap between where you would like to be and where
you are now. They can be tailored to meet your resources [time,
energy and money] and can include any combination of email,
telephone, face to face or group coaching. You can either
email to begin
a discussion on your requirements or schedule
a free session. There are also a number of specialist
services that may meet your needs.
Bookending
A
service to help you in a specific situation - maybe a difficult
phone call to make, an important meeting you need to prepare
for, a talk you have to give to a group of people - we all
have these moments/challenges. A 10 minute [or longer] telephone
conversation helps you meet the demands that face you, maybe
providing strategies, skills, opportunities - a new, supportive
way of looking at things. This is one half of the bookends.
You then go and 'do what you gotta do' and then call/email
me back when it's done [or started].
It
works, it's quick, it's fun, it's affordable, results oriented
and simple.
Individualised
Individualised
coaching is the best option available as it focuses
on your specific, individual, personalised needs
and securing effective results to them. It can be initiated
due to an issue that you face or an opportunity that you
wish to explore and benefit from.
We
find that a coaching relationship, whilst agreed on a month
by month basis with no further commitment than the current
month, becomes most effective over a 3 month period. The
relationship uses the telephone as our main point of contact
- with all phone costs at our expense. Schedule a free

Off
the Shelf
Off
the shelf coaching is a cost effective option and takes
a basic model and adapts it to fit your personal needs and
requirements. The format follows the popular A
to Z lists and is available for
'Parenting',
'Youthwork" and 'Understanding
Teenagers' Please send an email
to register your interest or book a
FREE coaching call to set things in motion. The pricing
structure is lower than individualised as the material has
been pre-written and is then applied to your specific circumstances.
To complete the full A to Z list takes 3 months at the rate
of 3 calls per month.
Group
This
is where several people, facing similar issues are coached
simultaneously using telephone bridge technology - all participants
call the same number at a pre-arranged time where the coaching
takes place. The cost is reduced for each person with one
participant referring the service to their colleagues/friends
to establish the group. Again email

Just
in Time
This
service is where you pay a retaining fee and I am then available
to coach as and when you require - telephone, email or a
mix of both.
